HOW DO I PURCHASE DURING A LIVE SALE ON SOCAIL MEDIA?
A deposit of $10 is required to participate in our live stream sales, this deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE but will be deducted from your total amount owed. Balance owing is payable within 48 hours using the PAY BALANCE link or via your personal listing.
To claim an item, type the item number of the product you wish to purchase in the comment section EG/ “A489”.
We will then sell the item to the first person WE SEE on our screen (Your comment may appear first on your screen but not always first on ours - please understand that this is beyond our control).

MY COMMENTS ARE NOT GETTING SEEN - WHAT DO I DO?
If you feel your comments are not being seen or "filtered" please try logging out of your social media account and logging back in again.
You can also reply to your original comment or try including an emoji with your SOLD comments.
Unfortunately Social Media comment filtering is beyond our control, We are sorry for this and hope that the above information will help to get your comments seen by us.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY LIVE SALE PURCHASES?
All claims must be paid for within 48 hours after our live stream has ended. If you are having difficulties paying please let the host know ASAP to avoid your items going up for resale.
CAN I PAY MY LIVE SALE CLAIMS USING AFTERPAY?
Yes you can, Simply follow the prompts to checkout where you will be able to choose AFTERPAY as your payment method.
CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY ORDER AFTER THE LIVE SALE HAS ENDED?
Yes you can, If you see an item that was not sold during our live sale please message our page or send us an email to cpccservice@outlook.com, if the item is still available we can add it to your order.
You can also add products that are listed for sale on our website, simply search your name or invoice number and add it to your cart and then continue shopping and adding other items, when you are done follow the prompts to checkout.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
The short answer is NO.
It’s not because we don’t want to see your beautiful faces in person, we just don’t have Public Liabilty Insurance to cover you on our premises in the unlikely event that an accident may occur. We do however have an Insurance policy that covers you at our Market stalls so if you are based in Sydney and would like to collect your orders in person get in touch with us and we will let you know where & when we will be trading at Markets. We aim to trade once Per month (Weather Permitting) as we get quite busy running our Website, Fundraising Programs and Live Sale orders to attend more often.
WHEN DO YOU HOLD LIVESTREAM SALES ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We aim to hold our Livestream sales at least once per week to showcase all our new arrivals, we post dates & sale type on our TikTok & Instagram accounts. Our live sales showcase our crystal & metaphysical stock, our Crystal Beads & Jewellery, DIY Beads & our DIY Beadable product range perfect for all your DIY crafting projects like pen & keychain making.
