PEN GRADING - our pens are graded based on the construction materials used and the rarity or quantity of the crystal beads used to produce each pen.

PLEASE NOTE:
A) Each Blind Box/ Lucky Dip is completely RANDOM & there is no guarantee of what grade or style design of Pen, Crystal or other item you will find inside your lucky dips, however we guarantee that each Blind Box Beaded Pen is valued at a minimum of $12 per piece or even more for our Limited Edition & elite style pens and our lucky dip surprise bags are valued at a minimum of $12 for 2 bags.
B) Refunds will NOT be issued because you are not happy with a particular design or item inside your Blind Box, you are purchasing an unseen randomly chosen BLIND BOX and RANDOM means RANDOM! We offer a direct buy service for our onscreen pen collections, and a custom made option if you prefer to know exactly what items you will be getting.
C) A small number (less than 1%) of our crystal beads have undergone a treatment process to enhance or change the appearance of the natural stone.
